12 weeks - £499
Longer than 12 weeks - £499 for the first 12 weeks and then £40/week thereafter.
HOW DO I SIGN UP? WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'VE SIGNED UP?
Click the link here and choose which coaching program suits you best. Once you've chosen, set your start date and paid, you will receive an email invite to set up your profile and complete a consultation form on the Mountaineering & Trekking Training app. As soon as I has received your completed consultation form, she will start working on your program and have it ready for you to start on your stipulated date.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY?
If you need to cancel your training program then you can do it by emailing me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, please be aware that there is no refund for the remaining time of your program because of the enormous amount of time and work that is put into each coaching program at the very start.
If you have suffered an injury or become sick and are unable to continue your training program then your program can be paused for a maximum of one year once I has received a written letter from your Doctor stating why you are unable to continue training.

HOW DO I GET MY TRAINING PLAN?
Through your own confidential profile on the Mountaineering & Trekking Training app that only you and I have access to. Your training plan is scheduled on your personal calendar with daily reminders of what you need to be doing.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M DOING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
Each exercise has it’s own instructional video for you to watch and follow. If you are still unsure then you can leave me a note on that specific exercise or message me directly to ask for help.
HOW DO YOU MONITOR MY TRAINING?
Once you have completed your training session, the app will prompt you to tick it off. The app also keeps a record of your personal bests and will let you know by awarding you a badge if you beat your own PBs. From the administrative side, I can see your PB’s as well as when you have done a training session or not.
HOW DO I GET MY NUTRITION PLAN?
Your nutrition plan will be loaded onto your profile on the app, available for you to download and print too.
HOW DO YOU CHECK MY NUTRITION?
When you are uploading your personal details to your profile, the app will prompt you to link with another app called MyFitnessPal. By doing this, when you track your food on MyFitnessPal, the data is shared with my app and I am able to keep track of your nutrition with you.
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU IF I NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION?
Within the Mountaineering & Trekking Training app is a private messaging system that runs 24 hours a day that allows you to message me directly.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED PER WEEK TO TRAIN?
That is totally dependant on your current fitness levels, the mountain or trekking route you are preparing for and what sort of time you have available in your weekly schedule.
YOU LIVE IN GERMANY BUT I LIVE IN AMERICA, CAN YOU STILL COACH ME?
The app works around the world and allows me to work with clients all over the globe and in their specific time zones. It doesn’t matter where you live, I can coach you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET SICK OR HAVE A HOLIDAY PLANNED THROUGH MY PROGRAM?
If for some reason you can’t do your scheduled training then I will adapt and change your plan accordingly. This could mean resting while you’re sick and reducing the training load for your first week back so you are not overly physically stressed or by setting a new training plan based on your holiday location and time restraints.
HOW WILL YOU COACH ME ON MY GEAR PREPARATION?
You will receive a detailed and educational Essential Gear List as well as a Gear List Table with my specific gear recommendations (both of which can be found in my book “A Step-By-Step Manual To Mountaineering & Trekking Around The World”) as well as booking in a final call a few couple of weeks before your departure date so that I can help you go through your packing list and give you advice and guidance on the best ways to pack and prepare.
