ABOUT KATE

Kate is a qualified Sport Scientist and the author of "A Step-By-Step Manual To Mountaineering & Trekking Around The World". With a passion for movement and adventure, you'll find her enthusiasm, determination and positive attitude both uplifting and inspiring.

She has worked with Olympic athletes and coached complete beginners from never setting foot on a mountain to the summits of Kilimanjaro and Aconcagua.

Kate has trekked through the Rainbow Mountains in Peru, the snowy peaks of the Alps in winter and through stormy conditions in the Scottish Highlands. She has also successfully reached the summits of Kilimanjaro (Tanzania), Mt. Elbrus (Russia) and Aconcagua (Argentina) ticking off three of the famous Seven Summits.
